2011 is Poppell Farms' 11th year with a Pumpkin Patch and other fun fall activities available during the month of October. This is our 6th year with a really great Corn Maze and NEW this year is our "Haunted Forest" and "Hop-A-Long Rodeo". When you arrive at the farm, you can join our family-friendly staff in the following activities:

Sit on some comfy bales of hay and take a HAYRIDE to the pumpkin patch where everyone gets to find the BEST pumpkin to take home. (You might have to choose from several different ones to make sure yours is the best!)

Make some new friends at our PETTING ZOO. Bunny (the pony), Claude (the llama), Elvis and Pearl (our donkeys), and their barnyard friends are amazing listeners! It's a little bit harder to get them to talk back, though. :)

Get some ideas for your next fish tale at our CATFISH POND. Whoa, there are some big fish in there! One time, I caught a fish that was _______________________________ (this long!) Seriously.

Have fun in our PLAY AREA! We have COW TRAIN RIDES, STEER ROPING, the SPYDER SLYDER, the CROP HOPPER, and of course, FARMER BROWN'S PLAYGROUND!

Be sure to visit our GIFT SHOP where all sorts of treats, decorations, and of course, PUMPKINS! are available for purchase.

PICNIC AREAS are available for use, so feel free to bring your own food or visit our CALF-A CONCESSION STAND. We will be grilling up lots of hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage dogs, chicken sandwiches and fries. We have candy, popcorn and lots of other great treats available along with ICE COLD COCA-COLA products.
